We are recruiting for an Assistant Psychologist to work within our busy psychology team at our Epsom office. You will support other members of the team with their projects, manage your own smaller projects, provide support to our confidential helpline and deliver individual or group interventions with offenders, young people, non-offending partners and their families under supervision.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work with sensitive and confidential issues and have an understanding of child sexual abuse/public health prevention models and child protection.

We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in the office after one month in the position, a NEST pension, 33 days’ annual leave rising to 38 days following qualifying period (inclusive of statutory bank holidays), up to 5 days’ learning and development per year, flu jabs, eye tests, season ticket loans, charity discounts, an employee assistance programme and the option of Benenden medical cover.
