Who is this training for?
This course gives participants in the wider children’s workforce the essential information and understanding they need to recruit safely and thereby help protect children from harm.
It is therefore suitable for anyone who recruits people to work with children and young people in settings other than education, such as leisure organisations, sporting organisations, scouts and brownies groups and early years settings.

Feedback
See what our participants say
Very comprehensive and thorough. Addressed all aspects of safeguarding recruitment practice. Very practical and tailored session.
Good for recruitment teams in HR to ensure proper processes are in place with regards to gaining references, providing job specs.
Break-out rooms worked well. Assessment throughout the course was good and allowed the opportunity for clarity and discussion where things were unclear.
