Promoting positive masculinity – 1.5 hours
Following the public debate surrounding the Netflix drama Adolescence, discussions about masculinity, incel culture and the manosphere have entered most classrooms. This webinar reframes the conversation from ‘toxic’ masculinity to explore what positive masculinity looks like, and how it can be promoted in schools.
Managing HSB in schools – 1.5 hours
This webinar introduces LFF’s “6 Rs model” of managing HSB in schools, equipping participants to recognise, respond to, record, report, risk manage and reflect upon HSB incidents with increased confidence, knowledge and resources.
Safety planning for individual students – 1.5 hours
Working in partnership with schools and the NSPCC, we have designed a safety plan template to restore safety after incidents of HSB. Using relevant case study examples, participants will be guided through how to use the safety plan and take it back into their setting.
Managing the emotional impact of safeguarding HSB incidents – 1.5 hours
Education professionals are experts in behaviour management, yet the complexities and sensitivities of harmful sexual behaviour leaves many people feeling concerned and out of their depth. In this session, we recognise the emotional toll of safeguarding and explore practical steps to ‘safeguard your safeguarders.’
Using LFF’s Shore resources in the classroom – 1.5 hours
Shore was launched in 2023 to provide a safe and anonymous place for young people to get help and support. The aim of this website is to prevent harmful sexual behaviours among young people.
