Since 2002 we’ve run the Stop It Now helpline and campaign. It’s a major project to prevent child sexual abuse.
We can support anyone with a concern about child sexual abuse and its prevention via our self-help resources, programmes and helpline.
It’s for anyone who:
- is concerned about their own thoughts or behaviours
- concerned about the thoughts or behaviours of another adult
- concerned about the sexual behaviour of a child or young person
- concerned about a child who may have been abused or exploited
- has been abused
- is a professional seeking help and advice

The experienced advisors on our confidential Stop It Now helpline (0808 1000 900) can help talk things through. You can stay anonymous and don’t have to give your real name, location or any contact details. If you’re not ready to speak to anyone yet, you can also use our live chat or send a secure email.
